DEPTT. OF PULMONARY MEDICINE

ESI-PGIMSR, BASAIDARAPUR, NEW DELHI

 

Introduction

The department of pulmonary medicine, ESIPGIMSR, Basaidarapur, New Delhi occupies the following areas:

Inpatient:- The wards are well equipped with piped gas supply and State of art equipment's including ultrasonic nebulizers, pulse oxymeter, infusion pumps etc.

Respiratory intensive care unit (RICU) :- It is equipped with 4 ICU beds, 3 ventilators,4 vital parameter monitors, 4 non-invasive ventilators (BPAP/CPAP), Defibrillator, ECG machine, Ultrasound machine, Ultrasonic nebulizer, piped gas supply and other state of art equipment's.

Outdoor facility: Outdoor patient services are provided daily from 9 am to 4pm with special clinic facilities of Asthma, COPD, Occupational lung disease, Sleep and Smoking cessation.
